How to Make Lobster Tail Pasta from a Lobster recipe
Ingredients 4 medium lobsters, peeled and cut into ½-inch cubes 2 tablespoons olive oil ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper ¼ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper, plus more to taste 1 cup griddled shrimp, skin and head off, rinsed, and sliced 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce, leaves removed, and thinly sliced 2 tablespoons freshly grated parmesan cheese, plus extra for serving Instructions Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Heat a large, heavy skillet over medium heat.
Add 1 teaspoon of olive oil to the pan.
Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
Add ¼ cup of the Parmesan and 1 teaspoon, and cook for about 1 minute.
Add all of the remaining ingredients and cook, stirring occasionally, until well combined, about 3 minutes.
Serve with shrimp and the rest of the sauce.
Recipe Notes *I used to love this recipe.
I think it’s one of my favorite recipes.
I have never used Parmesan before, but it’s a good substitute.
I just used a slightly thicker crust.
The crust is a bit thicker than the one in this recipe, but that’s okay because it will melt in the sauce before it goes in.
The cheese is nice and soft.
