This week’s Pretzel Recipe: Blueberries muffins!

Ingredients 2 cups blueberries 1 cup white chocolate chips 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened 2 tablespoons light brown sugar 2 cups heavy cream 1 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Directions Combine blueberries, chocolate chips and butter in a medium bowl.

Set aside.

Combine brown sugar, salt, lemon juice, vanilla extract and whisk until well combined.

Pour in cream and lemon juice and beat until well incorporated.

Pour mixture into a 9-inch springform pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Cool slightly before removing to a wire rack. Enjoy!
