How to Make Leftover Egg Rolls Recipe and Leftover Ham Recipe from National Review
Egg rolls are a quick, easy, healthy, and flavorful way to eat your leftover ham, potatoes, and chicken.
You can easily make leftovers by freezing them in the freezer for up to two weeks, or if you don’t have time to cook them, you can simply reheat them for a few minutes at room temperature.
Recipe: Egg Rolls Ingredients: 3 pounds ground turkey, skin removed and cut into 1-inch pieces 1 cup diced onion, chopped 1/4 cup chopped celery, diced 1 cup shredded carrots, diced 2 Tbsp.

Add the onion, celery and carrots.
Stir until carrots are soft and translucent.
Add salt, garlic powder, and onion powder and stir until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
Add in the butter and continue stirring until the mixture starts to thicken and is well combined.
Add a splash of olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Place mixture in the bottom of a large ovenproof bowl, cover, and cook for 8-10 minutes, until meat is cooked through and meat is tender.
Serve with your favorite gravy and a dollop of sour cream.
