Recipe Notes To make this delicious scone, I first ground up all the chicken, chopped up some celery and some carrots, then mixed in a small handful of egg whites.

I then added the rest of the chicken broth and egg whites, along with some fresh parsley and chopped basil.

I sprinkled in a dash of cinnamon and served with some roasted vegetables.

To top the scone off, I served it with a simple pesto sauce and served it warm.
