Pour the mixture into the blender.

Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the blender as needed.

Taste the mixture.

Add a little more cheese if needed, and blend again.

Taste for seasoning.

Add some grated grated cheddar cheese if you like.

Serve the green bean mixture with grilled rice, green onions, green lettuce and green beans.
