How to make pizza dough with cream and sugar recipe

When you’ve got pizza dough, it can be hard to make it last.

We’ve all made it at least twice and then the crust gets soggy, the cheese starts to melt and it’s a mess.

This recipe for pizza dough is an easy and delicious way to make your dough last longer.

You’ll need 1 1/2 cups (250 ml) warm water, 1/4 cup (125 ml) cold water, 2 teaspoons of yeast, 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1/8 teaspoon of salt.

You can also add more water or sugar.

This is the perfect recipe for making pizza dough.


Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).


Combine the warm water and the yeast in a bowl.

Let it sit for 15 minutes.


Combine cold water and sugar in a large bowl.

Add yeast mixture and let it sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.


Add the flour, salt, sugar and yeast mixture to the warm liquid mixture and mix until well combined.


Add some more flour and salt and mix well to combine.


Place the dough on a lightly floured surface and roll out to 1/3-inch (2-centimeter) thickness.


Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let sit in an area for an hour or so to let the dough rest.


Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.


Place 1/16 cup (25 ml) of warm water in a small bowl and mix together.


Pour 1/6 cup (50 ml) boiling water over the yeast mixture.

Let sit for at least 30 minutes to let it dissolve.


Once the yeast has dissolved, add the warm dough mixture to 1 cup (250ml) warm (not boiling) water and mix for another 30 minutes or so. 12.

After the yeast is dissolved, mix in the warm (non-boiling) water, sugar, yeast and remaining 1/1 cup (45 ml) hot (not boiled) water.

Mix for another 5 minutes or until the dough is smooth.


When ready to roll out the dough, shape it into a disk about the size of a large pie plate.

Place a 1/5-inch piece (6.4 mm) off center in the center of the dough and roll the dough out to a ¼-inch thickness.

Cover with plastic.

Let rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.


Cut the dough into 12 pieces.

The slices should be slightly larger than the dough.


Transfer each piece to a baking sheet and roll them out.


Using a pizza peeler, slice each piece of dough into 18 thin slices.


Brush each piece with egg wash and place on a baking tray.


Bake for 30-45 minutes, or until golden brown.


Remove the baking tray and let cool for about 5 minutes before cutting.


While the pizza dough cools, make the sauce.

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Add garlic, salt and pepper and cook for about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add chicken and cook until it begins to brown.

Remove chicken from the pan and set aside.


While chicken is cooking, add tomato paste, salt.

Cook for about 3 minutes, then add the basil, tomato and red pepper flakes.

Cook until fragrant.

Serve immediately.

Recipe Notes This recipe makes about 1 cup of dough.

To make it thicker, add a teaspoon of butter to 1 1,000 ml (4 cups) of water.

To add extra flavor, add more sugar or salt to the dough during baking.

To reduce the risk of food poisoning, always wash your hands before handling any dough.
