Easy Spaghetti recipe.

It can be made with spaghetti, spaghetti sauce, pasta sauce or spaghetti and potatoes.

Recipe Ingredients 2 cups of spaghetti (make sure it is white, not red) 2 cups spaghetti sauce or 2 tbsp of tomato paste 1 large onion 1 medium tomato (thin slices or 2 cups) 1 cup of potato or 3/4 cup of shredded cheese 1/4 tsp salt or to taste 3 cloves garlic, crushed or grated 3/8 cup of Parmesan cheese 1 tsp basil (optional) 3/16 cup of grated parmesan cheese (optional).

Recipe Directions Heat the oven to 425 degrees F. Combine the spaghetti sauce in a medium bowl and stir.

Add the tomatoes, onion and tomato paste and toss.

Add in the salt and garlic and toss again.

Add a dash of garlic powder, a pinch of pepper, a couple of tsp of black pepper and stir to combine.

Add 3/2 cup of flour and mix to combine the flour and the spaghetti mixture.

Mix in the Parmesan and the basil.

Add pasta and potatoes, and stir until everything is well combined.

Add parsley if desired.

Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes, until pasta is cooked through and a fork inserted in the center comes out clean.

If the pasta is too dry, add more flour and stir it in a few times until it becomes wet enough to work with.

Allow to cool slightly and then turn out onto a cooling rack to cool completely. Enjoy!
