When Is Pumpkin Pie Good for You?

By now, you probably have a taste for pumpkin pie, and a desire to make your own.

If you don’t have the time or inclination to make one yourself, here are some ideas for making a batch of the best pumpkin pie you’ll ever make.


Pumpkin Spice and Spice Blend Pumpkin Spice Cream 1 cup chopped pumpkin seeds, chopped 2 tsp.

ground cinnamon 1 cup pumpkin puree 1/2 cup pumpkin pie spice (I used 1 Tbsp.

of pumpkin pie flavor) 1 tsp.

vanilla extract 1/4 tsp.

salt (optional) Blend the pumpkin seeds in a food processor until the pumpkin mixture is smooth.

Add the cinnamon, pumpkin pie seasoning, and vanilla extract to the pumpkin pie mix and blend until combined.

Place the mixture into a blender, and blend on high until smooth.


Pumpkin Fudge Pie Recipe For the fudge topping, combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until the fudgy mixture is well combined.


Pumpkin Pie Pie Batter Recipe In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine the oil, butter, and pumpkin purees until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.

Once the fuschia fudge is melted, add the pumpkin pureed mixture and cook until the sauce thickens, about 1 minute.

Add in the cooled fudge mixture and mix to coat the pumpkin.


Pumpkin Spice and Pumpkin Pie Pancake Recipe In the microwave, combine 1/3 cup of the mashed pumpkin pureer and 3/4 cup of water.

Recipe Notes If you like pumpkin pie a little different, try making this pumpkin pie using ground chicken instead of pumpkin pure, and using a whole turkey instead of a leg for the stuffing.


The original recipe calls to use ground chicken, but I used ground turkey instead for the original recipe.

You could substitute ground beef, beef broth, or chicken broth for the ground chicken.
